Terms of service
The terms on which Galior is provided. Short, because the arrangement is currently simple, and honest about the parts that are still being worked out.
These terms apply to your use of the Galior application and this website. If you have a signed agreement or an order form with us that says something different, that document governs and these terms fill in what it does not cover.
Who you are contracting with
OperatorGuilhem CozierBoulevard du Souverain 1931160 AuderghemBelgiqueVAT BE1037952062guilhem.cozier@galiorhq.comGalior is operated by an individual, not a company. That is a deliberate disclosure rather than an omission: it tells you who signs, who is liable, and who answers the email.
What Galior is
Galior is a workforce platform for teams that mix human employees and AI employees. It lets you give an AI employee work to do, set what it is allowed to do and what it may spend, require a named person’s approval before it acts, and see afterwards what it did. The public pages describe the product’s capabilities; where a page says something is not available yet, it is not available yet.
Galior is early, and you should know what that means
There is no self-serve signup. Anyone using Galior today does so by direct arrangement with us, usually as a design partner. In practice that means the product will change under you, features will move, and something will occasionally break. We will tell you when it does. In exchange you get direct access to the person building it and real influence over what gets built.
We hold no security certifications and make no claim to any — the trust page says exactly what we do and do not have, including the parts that are inconvenient.
Your account and your workspace
- You are responsible for who you let into your workspace and for what they do in it. Administrator powers are real powers.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself, and for telling us promptly if you think someone else has them.
- The content you put into Galior stays yours. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not use it to train models.
- You need the right to put it there. If you import a directory, upload files or connect a system, you are confirming you are allowed to.
- Anything you connect Galior to — a model provider account, a computer you enrol, a third-party system — is governed by that provider’s own terms as well as these.
What AI employees do, and who is answerable
An AI employee acts on your behalf, inside the limits you set for it. Galior gives you the means to constrain it — permission gates that make it ask a named person before it acts, budget ceilings it cannot spend past, and a record of what it did — and it is your decision how tightly to set them.
AI output can be wrong, and you should treat it as work that needs checking. Where an AI employee sends an email, changes a record or operates one of your machines because you allowed it to, the consequences of that action are yours in the same way they would be if a colleague had done it. Do not point an AI employee at something where a mistake would be unrecoverable and then leave the room.
What you may not do
- Break the law with it, or use it to help someone else do so.
- Use it to harass, defraud, or impersonate people.
- Try to reach another customer’s workspace, or to get around the limits on your own.
- Attack the service, or deliberately overload it.
- Resell access to it without our agreement in writing.
- Feed it credentials, systems or machines you are not entitled to use.
If something you do puts the service or another customer at risk, we may suspend access to deal with it. We will tell you why, and we will restore access as soon as the reason is gone.
What it costs
Galior separates two things on purpose: a platform subscription, and the cost of the AI work itself, which is metered per use. Which of those applies to you, and at what price, is whatever we have agreed with you in writing — there is no public price list yet, and we are not going to invent one on this page.
Payments are taken by our payment provider on its own hosted pages. Where you pay a recurring subscription, it renews until you cancel it, and you can cancel from within the product.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy, which includes the full list of sub-processors. Where you need a data processing agreement, ask and we will write one — we do not have a template on a shelf and we would rather say so.
Ending it
- You can stop using Galior at any time, and you can delete your workspace from inside the product.
- Deleting a workspace is a soft delete with a recovery window — 30 days by default — after which it is permanently purged and cannot be brought back.
- Ask us before that window closes and we will help you get your data out.
- We may end the arrangement with reasonable notice, or immediately if the service is being used in a way that harms it or someone else. If we end it for our own convenience while you have paid for a period, we refund the unused part.
The service is provided as it is
We will run Galior with care and fix what breaks, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. There is no uptime commitment today; if you need one, that is a conversation to have with us and to write down, not something to assume.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date below changes with them. For a change that materially affects you, we will tell you rather than let you discover it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law, and disputes go to the courts of Brussels, Belgium. If you are a consumer rather than a business, this does not take away any protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
Talk to us first
If something here does not work for you, say so before signing anything. At this stage the terms of a real arrangement are still a conversation, and a good one usually improves the product. These terms were written by us and not by a lawyer. guilhem.cozier@galiorhq.com.
