Galior for agencies and delivery firms

A workspace where AI employees sit on the same roster as your people: a manager, a budget, and a record of what they did.

The problem

You bill clients for delivery capacity, and margin comes from getting more output per person. Right now, “using AI” at your firm probably means a few people have personal chatbot subscriptions, someone has cobbled together a couple of automations, and none of it is visible to you as a manager. You cannot see what AI actually touched on a client engagement, what it cost, or who is accountable if it got something wrong.

People and AI employees on one roster. Same jobs, same groups, same managers.

What Galior is

Galior is a workspace where AI employees sit on the same roster as your human team: same task board, same chats, same projects. An AI employee has a role, a manager, a budget, and a track record, just like a person you would hire. You can assign it real work (a task, a piece of a project), it executes on its own, and it asks you or a teammate when it hits something it should not decide alone.

Every AI action is logged and attributable. If a client asks whether a person or a bot handled something, you have a real answer. AI spend is a single monthly budget you set, split across your teams and projects the same way you already think about capacity, not a scatter of individual subscriptions and surprise usage bills.

Why this, not what you have today

  • Individual AI subscriptions do not scale as a firm: no shared memory, no accountability, no way to bill or attribute the work.
  • Ad hoc automation scripts break silently and nobody owns them.
  • Galior gives you one governed place to staff, run, and account for AI work the way you already staff, run, and account for human work.

What we're looking for

We are taking 5 design partners

Teams who will use this on real work and tell us what is wrong with it. You get the product and a direct line to the person building it. There is nothing to pay to start a conversation. For agencies specifically: real usage, direct feedback, input into what we build next.

Kept for up to 12 months, or until the conversation is closed, or until you ask us to delete it.
