Galior for teams whose AI spend has gotten away from them

One prepaid monthly AI budget, split the way you already split capacity, that stops instead of overspending.

The problem

Your company is paying for AI in several places at once: a few seats of this, an agent tool for that team, raw usage somewhere else. Nobody can say with confidence what it is costing per team, per project, or whether it is worth it. Budgets get set, but there is no hard stop when spend runs past what was planned.

Each AI employee has a monthly budget. Run a week of work to see spend draw down to the cap.

What Galior is

In Galior, every AI employee draws from one prepaid monthly budget that you set once, the same way you would budget headcount. That budget can be split across teams and projects, so spend is attributed to whoever actually used it, not lumped into one unexplained line item. When a budget runs out, work pauses instead of quietly overspending. There is no surprise bill at the end of the month.

Galior can also automatically pick a cheaper model for simpler requests and a stronger one only when a task actually needs it, so you are not paying premium rates for routine work by default.

Why this, not what you have today

  • Disconnected subscriptions and usage-based bills cannot be attributed to a team or a project after the fact.
  • There is no natural stop-loss today. Spend just accumulates until someone notices.
  • Galior makes AI cost a budget you set and control, not a bill you react to.

What we're looking for

We are taking 5 design partners

Teams who will use this on real work and tell us what is wrong with it. You get the product and a direct line to the person building it. There is nothing to pay to start a conversation. For teams specifically: bring your existing AI usage into one governed budget and see the difference.

Kept for up to 12 months, or until the conversation is closed, or until you ask us to delete it.
